Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a $25 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. Booking Fee The $25 booking fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling All booking fees are non-refundable. Once a service is booked, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment may be rescheduled and your $25 booking fee will be applied to the new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the booking fee, and the appointment will not be rescheduled. Please note that the $25 booking fee remains non-refundable. Same-day cancellations will also be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
